Manifold water distribution systems
The 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), published by the International Code Council (ICC) defines manifold water distribution systems as: ‘A fabricated piping arrangement in which a large supply main is fitted with multiple branches in close proximity in which water is distributed separately to fixtures from each branch.’
